They've been awesome to work with and have always responded to questions in a prompt manner. DB came out this past week and was super helpful. Made some suggestions about a growing spot in the yard and was just...great. Yard is looking FANTASTIC because of the work they've done.
The initial contact with the sales team was very good. However, they still need to work on follow-up communication. Had my first service today (after some delay), so I may change my review based on how they do with the lawn itself. The prices are reasonable and competitive.
I met with Rich a sales Rep for the company. After spending time with him and walking my property Rich offered me a great plan to maintain the best curb appeal that I try to maintain. The prices are great and not that much more than what I spend every year. I think I am going to enjoy someone else maintaining my lawn, giving me the chance to just enjoy it.nThanks Rich for a great presentation and all of the information you shared with me.
I started using their services last Fall to give my struggling lawn a boost this coming Spring. So far so good as the results are night and day. We still have some work to do to get it where I want it but the guy who has been taking care of my lawn, Bob Harwood, has been very knowledgeable and professional, always conscious of social distancing, and has been giving me good advice on what to do and not do to get the yard looking the way I want it. So far I am very happy with Bob and the results.
Austin B. was great to work with in the Columbus location. Responsive and flexible on service options. We signed up for a 5-treatment mosquito control application. They have not provided service yet, as it doesn't start until the Spring, but I am hopeful the product is as safe/environmentally friendly as they have indicated and the service providers are as professional as Austin B. I highly recommend checking their prepaid pricing program if you are in the market.
