Reasonable pricing and very professional! Solved all my insect issues

Last year we hired these guys after having termite swarmers in our home. They took the time to talk me through a few things which I really appreciated. After we signed the contract for térmite abatement, they came out fairly quickly to install it outside, however though they stated they would follow up every couple of months to check the bait and replace as needed, it’s been almost 11 months and they have never been out. I called a couple of times to inquire but they told me they were just too busy. They again promised a follow up but we have not heard back. We don’t know if these traps/bait are working or not. For a home that has had a severe termite problem in the past, we are very concerned. I can’t recommend these guys at all. Started off great, absolutely no follow up.
