We had purchased a Ponderosa Refractory Log set as our log set. When installed ,guys broke log number M. We did receive replacement log. So far that log has continually fallen. Will not stay were it is suppose to be. When we talked to people at Gordon’s about the log broken by the guys they put it on us to call guy about log. Bad service about that , it was their place to contact their service guy. The reason the guy broke the log in first place was they installed fireplace and logs before sealing up fireplace so the guys had to lay on the logs to fix seal. Love the fire but we can’t put that log on because it keeps falling!!!! Think twice about Gordon’s.
