Though they attempt to be nice, they have little to no common sense. In January 2020, when they withdrew money from a checking account I never gave them for someone else’s account, they tried to blame it on my dead parents who passed away in 2017 from cancer. They claimed my parents prescheduled the withdrawal for my water bill. How dead people can pre-schedule a withdrawal 3 years in advance for an account that did not yet exist is CRAZY. They also continued to send bills for my parents’ estate in spite of me paying in person. The lady there stupidly laughed it off as a “floater bill.” This office, it’s staff, and processes need to be overhauled, redesigned, and retrained/replaced.

The rudest customer service I ever experience and not just once but every single time I call or stop in. There is a woman named Pam that works there that has always been helpful and polite but the rest treat you like an inconvenience and just plain like sh!t. Which I’m sure is because we have no choice but stay with them Lancaster needs more options! Bill pay is an inconvenience, they charge arm & leg to pay online, if behind can only pay cash which is inconvenience to those whom work with limited time to pay, and let’s not get started to the over priced cost
