The attention to detail and the individualized customer service is something to be envied of other jewelry stores. I have been to many stores but Stephanie and her crew far surpass every other Jewlers I’ve ever been to. Amazing doesn’t even begin to describe their commitment to their clients. They are in this with their hearts which differentiates them from other jewelers. I cried happy tears today about a ring that I’ve had for 4 years in the making in my head that finally came to fruition thanks to them. Stephanie made that dream come true. Thank you for making an astounding piece of jewelry for me that I will cherish forever. I will never go anywhere else. Ever.

I love the individualized care I have received at Wendals since day one a few years ago when I went in and met Stephanie. She always greets me by name when I come in. I never feel pressured to make the next purchase. And their new location on E Main St in Lancaster is beautiful. Highly recommend.
