Professionalism, Quality, Respectful, Reasonable Price and easy to work with. We had a 6 foot wood Privacy fence installed during summer. Mr. Tom, the manager, is very knowledgeable and always ready to answer any questions during work. Mr. Jeff did an amazing job from start to the very end. We are so pleased. Our new fence looks absolutely amazing which is the perfect addition to our property. We are eager to use this company in the future for any fencing work.nnWe want to thank Mr. Tom (manager) and Mr. Jeff and the entire team for the awesome fence.

This is the first time that we had hired them. But they proved they’re work was very honest. And they made it affordable for us to except them with the honest estimate that they had given us. Their workmanship was beautiful. I’m very pleased! I would be very happy to refer others to their company, not to mention , if at any time in the future , if we’d need work done again, they would be my first call.

I reached out On 7/18 via the company’s Facebook page and requested an appointment for a deck estimate. I provided, as instructed, a detailed description of the proposed job, our address, and my cell number. I received a confirmation for an appointment scheduled on 7/23 between 1-4pm. See attached pictures. My husband and I sat around the house for three hours waiting for someone to show up as we had no idea when during that time window we should expect anyone. By 4pm when no one showed, I reached out via Facebook and still haven’t heard back. Things happen and stuff comes up, but to not reach out and let a prospective customer know is not professional, especially as this appears to be a recurrent issue the last couple of months per the other Google reviews.

Reached out these guys for a deck/porch project. After messaging via FB messenger and they were interested in the job, I went thru and set up an appointment, received text confirmation and was a NO SHOW! I reached out them and asked what happened. Received a bunch of “sorry sir” and apologies that he ended up in the hospital and could not call or text. They asked to reschedule and again NO SHOW! No show, no call, not communication. Any and all communication was initiated by me.nDon’t waste your time or money on this company. Poor customer service, poor communication, and a “F rating” on BBB. Be warned!

I posted on a Hilliard FB group asking if anyone knew/recommended someone on closing up a flight of stairs that are open. TM construction replied stating they can do this for me and to message them to set up an appointment for a free estimate. I messaged them and they responded fairly quickly, set up an appointment, gave them my number and address and was told Donnie would be the one coming to my house. Well when it came to the appointment time Donnie was a no show. I had to reach out to them on what happened. No one ever reached out to me or called me to say something came up. Donnie apologized said he would make it up to me and we proceeded to make another appointment and again gave him my number and address and he informed me if anything came up he would reach out to me to let me know. Appointment day came and Donnie was a no show, didn’t even have the professionalism to call me. I yet again had to reach out to them asking what happened. Took forever for a response, didn’t even sound sorry and they’ve been busy with projects and something about a car wreck. I get things come up but how about you call me? Be professional. I called the next day left a message about setting up another appointment have yet to get a call back, Donnie also said via FB messenger let’s look at this week for days and times and when I responded he still has yet to respond to me. So for those looking for projects to be done around your house think again before calling TM Construction because they clearly have no manners or professionalism and I have all the communication saved on my messenger as proof of what a joke it is. I was patient and very kind with holding back on what I really wanted to say during the communication. I’m a nurse and my spouse is a cop we have an 8month old looking to close our stairs up to make it safe. We are busy and setting up appointments is something of importance especially with what is currently going on with the pandemic. Sorry you don’t view or value my time seriously.
