We contacted Karshner Sales for a full remodel of our master bathroom and we had the best experience we could have hoped for. From design and planning to the final installation step, everyone we worked with was skilled and very professional. While our work was in progress, it was fully demonstrated that we were the priority...no delays or rescheduling, very prompt arrival each day, and Kiel and Levi were VERY clean and respectful of being in our home. The quality of the products and the variety from which we had to choose allowed us to get exactly what we wanted. We could not be happier with our end result; it's hard to believe this beautiful space is actually ours!
Picking out the materials for our bathrooms was an easy process with a good variety of items to choose from. The quoting process was also smooth and straight forward. We got off to a slow start when the job started, but this was primarily due to personnel issues beyond the owner's control (someone leaving without notice). A new crew was assigned and after a brief delay things were back on track. From there, everything went well. The crew asked for input, verified options with us before installing, and made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. We are very pleased with the quality of materials and the workmanship. We would hire Karshner Sales again.
