I’ve only had one slightly irritating experience at Urgent Care. My ankle was completely swollen, so badly I had to leave work. The doctor I got that day asked me repeatedly if I had twisted it when intoxicated even though I told him multiple times that I don’t drink at all. Finally, he listened to me and looked for a puncture wound and told me it was an infection from a spider bite which I told him I assumed from the beginning because it has happened before. Other than that I’ve always had great experiences there!

I had a very great experience when dealing with an abbcess. Though it was a painful experience they were kind compassionate and called to check on me later.

Very friendly staff. When I was with the doctor I could tell he cared. He listened to me and explained what he seen and how to treat me. I never felt like he was in a rush to get to next patient. Made sure I understood and comfortable with the next step to my healing.
