I have been seeing Pramoda Fatehand for about a year and a half. Since I have started seeing her- my life has completely changed. Before her, I had been on what I thought was every medication in the book and I was still suffering with my symptoms with what felt like no hope in sight. She is the only person who has been able to identify my needs and effectively help me. Between my medication combo and the TMS therapy- I finally feel like I have my life back. Like the person who was struggling to break free is finally able to take a step forward. I am incredibly thankful for her attention to detail, her calm and kind spirit and the wealth of knowledge that she is. Because of her of I have gotten the help that I need. Because of her I can be the best version of myself. I recommend and trust her 100%.

Do not recommend I especially don’t recommend Kari or whatever her name is I suggest if you have to go here for any reason specifically ask for someone else. My deductible is $124 with insurance just for her to not believe that I have the adhd I’ve been diagnosed with since 2nd grade by multiple doctors in multiple states and I explicitly explained to her getting that medicated was my top priority. I had three appointments before stopping and I only got to talk to her for LESS than a HOUR TOTAL between all three appointments, my second appointment lasted SIX MINUTES so it’s very confusing why she would think she knew more about the state of my adhd than me or other doctors I worked with for a substantial amount of time. It was a waste of so much money and energy and it honestly made my mental state worse. I understand she doesn’t control the price but she is in control of the quality of her work and it definitely was not worth $124 out of pocket per appointment whatsoever especially considering she was also pretty condescending to me when I would address my adhd.

This is the second time in recent months that I will lapse on my medication because I cannot get a phone call back about scheduling a follow-up appointment before they will refill my prescription. I have been calling every day for the past 5 days and leaving voicemails. If you value your health, choose a different provider

I have been seen Pramoda Fatehchand for several years. During these years, I have experienced any & all situations, both good & bad, that one could possibly endure in life. I have a very stressful career, I suffer from severe PTSD, depression and have other mental disorders as well. She has excellent listening and observation skills and great empathy. I am one hundred percent comfortable about being completely honest with her which I think is imperative for anyone’s treatment. She listens, & answers questions. Very knowledgeable about medications. Her willingness to spend time educating patient & family about diagnosis and recommended treatments surpasses any doctor I have ever met before. II have several friends and some family who sees her and would any day share the same sentiments. Staff at Ohio Psychiatric Services are kind and courteous and will listen to your problems and work with you any kind of issue you may have to get you comfortable.nI would recommend Pramoda Fatehchand and Ohio Psychiatric Services to anyone suffering from any kind of mental illness with absolutely no hesitation.

I've been a patient of Pramoda Fatehchand for over 8 years now, and I can honestly say that I've never had an experience with a healthcare provider that's been as rewarding as I've had with Pramoda Fatehchand. She is dedicated to providing the best care possible. She and her team are flexible and accommodating with scheduling, and they're quick to follow up when things like prescription refills and other questions arise.nI am so glad that she is now available for my family in Lancaster.nI started seeing Pramoda Fatehchand at a very difficult time in my life about 8 years ago, and with her guidance I was able to make real progress and heal. I encourage anyone in the area to consider Pramoda Fatehchand for their mental healthcare needs. I can assure you that you are in the best hands in the specialty of psychiatry and you won't regret it!
