Fairfield County Municipal Court

As a victim of assault you guys released my social security number my address and my phone number. The address is changed my number now is changing but y'all messed up by releaseing my social security numbe, that's a hippa violation and I plan on doing something about it. I asked for my info to be protected, you didn't do a great job protection me, I hope the defendent or his family get ahold of it because that's on you guys if they do. Do better protecting victims please.

While most people have a biased opinion because they’re likely dealing with the clerk of court’s because they’ve committed a crime I personally have never been treated disrespectfully or had any issues named in the other reviews. So I guess it’s safe to say consider the sources.

They are rude and treat you like dirt as soon as you try to enter the building they r so unprofessional and rude and nasty to you as a person..it made me sick.

Worst response by clerk. No understanding nature. She hates talking on phone.nnI told them I am in California and can’t come. Please resolve issue over phone.
