honestly really disappointed with this barn. i understand it was muddy when we went trail riding, but the horses were absolutely filthy and ungroomed even before we mounted. the saddles were ill fitted and the halters were tied to the saddle underneath of their bridles. no prior info about riding was given to any members of the group, which is extremely dangerous considering most of the people in my group aren’t experienced with horses. the middle part of the trail was very dangerous as we had two horses falling over logs, the trail guide was barely concerned. and as we were heading back to the barn, a rottweiler from a private home CHARGED and spooked the horses. the trail guides response to all this was “don’t worry they will kick him”. i’ve never been so furious with a facility. SO unprofessional and disgusting. DONT GO HERE.
