Steve has been incredible working with us. He always asks how things are going, if we’re having any issues or places we would like him to look. He’s very flexible with his schedule making sure that we are at home during a time that works for us if treatment is needed within our home. He makes sure he takes. Are of our every need such as spraying our basement for spiders. I appreciate him reminding me about the length of time my pets need to stay away from the treated areas. He’s very thorough with his tasks outside of our home including cleaning our cob webs down, and then treating around the outside of our house. I am so appreciative with how down to earth he is and how he speaks to us as if we have been his own personal client for years. Having someone who is genuinely good in customer service and customer satisfaction has been nothing short of phenomenal. I have been so grateful to have our same pest guy for a long period of time. In the past it was a different person every time. It is my hope that we get to keep him for a long time as he has been wonderful! Thank you Steve for being so kind and polite to myself as well as my children all while making sure to do your job to the best of your ability!!!

Bill was great. He went out of his way to help make sure our home felt safe from pests. Bill explained everything he would be helping with in great detail, and even went above and beyond what he initially told us. Bill also worked around my wife and I's busy work schedules to come to our appointment early in the morning so we didn't miss any time at our office. Thank you!!

We always appreciate when we know our technician is showing up so we can plan accordingly with our animals. Bill our technician does a great job taking care of our house and garage. Haven’t had any more trouble with black ants or termites since we started the service.

My service technician Bill Ennis is fantastic! He is kind, courteous professional and knows his job and executes it perfectly every time. He alerts us a day or two before the he comes on site for hos service call. He very plesant and a joy to work with.

Our technician (Steve) is great! He’s friendly, thorough, reliable and has great communication.nI always hate paying my bill (I wish the cost was less, but it’s worth the price in the end even though I was used to paying less previously.)nI would recommend Terminix and our tech.
