Chimney Care Company

I have used chimney care before with them putting an heat shield inside my fireplace flu to use safely. They also added beautiful sliding doors. I have gotten many compliments with the new slate covering. I would highly recommend this company and Clark was very professional and welcoming today. Their entire staff has the expertise and professionalism. I always welcome their help and advice.

Had Clark come out to inspect two fireplaces. He was timely (early, actually, but called to make sure it would be okay), professional, and had the right balance of friendly conversation without wasting any time. He provided great information about my fireplaces and maintenance and was quick with quotes for a couple items. Will definitely use them again!

We have used Chimney Care for years for one gas and two wood fireplaces. They closed an old basement fireplace down so the kids could safely play in the basement. They keep our gas and wood fireplaces working year-after-year. They clean the fireplaces at the start of the season and inspect/clean the chimneys. Shane has kept our old gas fireplace working saving us $$. Great company!

Shane was amazing. Came to give estimate and answer all our questions. Brandie in the office always kept us up to date on progress of our order. Shane did fantastic installation, including running gas line, and gave clear instructions on how to care for our new logs. Receipt emailed to us within minutes of him leaving. Highly recommend.
