The gas purchased at this location cost me $450 in repairs at the dealership. The Acura service department I have trusted for 15+ years said the gas was bad. They had to clean the entire fuel system, and it was discovered by calling Kroger's that there was a fuel delivery just a couple hours later. This happened back in July and I was just informed that my claim is being turned over to a third party to handle. I will keep this review updated, but will no longer support the Loveland Kroger's. I fully expected this location to to handle my request in a responsible manner, but I didn't even receive a call from the fuel department. 1 star for poor customer service, and bad gas!

Nice little homey station... NO PUBLIC TOILET/you must go inside the Kroger's store for a toilet
