I can’t say enough good things about Trish and the midwives at Seven Hills. Trish delivered our first baby and created the most ideal atmosphere for bringing our little man into the world. She kept me informed, calm, respected my birth plan, and I felt like I was in great hands. All the midwives were wonderful through out my entire pregnancy. I highly recommend Seven Hills.

It's a shame to have such wonderful doctors and such terrible staff. We can never find both in the same place. Either great doctors OR great staff/billing department. This one is no exception, the billing staff and location manager are just the worst. 6 weeks across 6 phone calls just to get the manager to call me back (from a blocked number) about billing for a required postop appt that we had no idea would see a charge after paying $2000. I guess we will keep looking for that unicorn office that has friendly staff, knowledgeable billing departments AND good doctors.... Highly disappointed. If you decide to take the risk at this office, triple check your charges EVERY time before you go! Even for a required postop that should be included with the original procedure.

My past couple experiences with this place have been awful. Not with the doctors, but with the staff. Every time I call they are rude for literally no reason. The lady on the phone today practically yelled at me because two dates she offered me for an appointment didn’t work with my schedule.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a doctors office. I felt like she did not listen to anything I said regarding my prior health issues and recommended treatment that would cause me to be hospitalized again with no regard to the risk. I enjoyed the medical assistant becaus she listened to me unlike the doctor who kept pushing the idea of birth control in my face.nI do not recommend this office. Find someone that will really listen to you.

I have been going to this practice for 16 years and I have never had a bad experience. I don’t wait to see a nurse or physician. Each practitioner has been respectful, polite and knowledgeable.
