What a refreshing experience! Cannot say enough about the pleasant staff and the excellent care of Dr. Elizabeth Wang. If you want a doctor's office who truly listens to you and your needs, then check out the Bethesda Group Practice in Milford.

Without a doubt Dr. Simon has to be the most uninterested, aloof physician I have ever been seen by. Try getting a hold of the office in less than a 20 minute wait. Also, staff feelings and quality of work put before patient concerns.nn6/20 @ 1:14 pm responding to TriHealth answer. I did that as I spoke with headquarters before being contacted by the TriHealth Milford office manager. That is all headquarters did was pass along the message. Neither was of any help and I feel regardless of my opinion nothing will happen nor do they care.

Fattal has great bed side manner, but his office has let me down again. I have a physical coming up, drove all the way across town to get lab work done, just to have the lab folks tell me that they have no request. So of course they won’t do labs which aren’t requested. And Fattal’s office is closed right now. How disappointing.

I see, and have been seeing for the last year, Dr. Mohammad Fattal and absolutely LOVE him. He is such a sweet man and is great with my two, not so quiet kids. He actually LISTENS to my concerns before giving his advice or solution and explains things so that I can actually understand or follow. He doesn't let me leave the office until I fully know what is going on and what to expect. He has me coming in every few months to follow up with me (I have on going medical 'problems') and makes me feel like I am being cared for and not just another pay check.nnThe only reason I am not giving this office 5 stars is because the office wait time is sometimes long (probably because he is a busy man) and because there are a few of the medical and office staff who are less than friendly...but then again, I am really there to see my doctor.
