I was seen promptly at my appointment time. Dr. Patel was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable about my condition. She actually saved me money by not talking me into buying expensive inserts for my shoes. I think she is a truly caring Physician.

Warm, Friendly & welcoming! I have a fear of the foot doc but they made it impossible to be anxious. I called in for a emergency visit & got in the next day with Dr. Patel & she is amazing. They took the time to explain what they were doing & made sure I was comfortable. I WOULD RECOMMEND CINCINNATI FOOT & ANKLE to anyone! Thanx for being awesome guys!

New pt to this practice. Very impressed with staff, everything went very smoothly. I was in and out in less than 1/2. That was very impressive. The doctor also very nice, professional and caring. Took time and didn't rush appt. Would recommend other's to this practice.

On time, office arranged well according to COVID 19 rules. People friendly and attentive. Doctor very friendly and knowledgeable and informative. Only negative is office is dark. Needs some color for brightness.

Hi my name is Dolly Wells and I am a patient at the Cincinnati Foot and Ankle Care Center on Wolf Pen and Pleasant Hill Road in Milford Ohio. I would like to say if you are looking for a foot doctor I highly recommend this establishment. My doctor's name is Dr. Patel, she is totally professional, yet she is down to earth. She answer all your questions. She puts you at ease yet she does not pressure you. She tells you what she thinks is best and then let's you make the decision as what you want to do.The staff there is so friendly, from the time you walk into the door, and they take your name and your temperature until you walk out the door and they take your payment and they set you up for your next appointment, always trying to give you a time slit that works for you. Everyone wears a mask and they keep the appointments at a pace that there is not much need for social distancing. In my experience I usually go straight in, resister and they take me immediately to my room. I needed a test for circulation and the technician was so friendly and professional and made me feel completely at ease. The girls who get all your information before the doctor comes in are so thorough and try not to let you forget anything that needs to be addressed to the doctor. So I am highly satisfied from coming in the door to leaving out the door.☺
