Rude techs and pharmacists. Always blame you or your doctor or insurance for issues when they have made mistakes

I love the staff they are very nice and helpful! I am only give them three starts because every time I have ever called up there and needed to talk to some one no one ever answers the phone they just Let it ring and rings forever and that is really irritating.

Always a long line at the drive through, I always go in. I had a prescription antibiotic called in from my doctor and they did not have the medication in stock. They said they attempted to call my doctor but they did not make any attempt to call me and ask me where I would like my prescription transferred to. Ashley was the technician to help me and she had the biggest attitude, and with all of her attitude she sarcastically apologized and was not helpful. She was rude and this is my final straw with village green Kroger pharmacy. I asked for her to transfer my prescription and she said it was a big deal to transfer it and I needed to call around first, it takes along time and i probably won't get my script today. Thanks for delaying my treatment Krogers!!

Worse place I’ve ever filled my medicine at they always put you on hold whenever you call don’t even ask if it’s okay to which is annoying and then they leave on on hold for ridiculous amounts of time which makes it worse . Slow drive thru takes 20+ minutes to get your medicine.
