Told something different by every single person we talk to. Every single month we are told something different regarding the same medication for the same person. It’s a joke. Awful customer service. No one knows the answer to anything. Pretty sure they make up stuff up as they go. No one ever tells us the correct information. I highly suggest running far away from this company if you can!

Accredo Express Scripts is a AWFUL pharmacy. They will lie to you left, and right.They do not send your medicine (s) when they are supposed to, EVER.nThis is the 4th time they've done this to me, this particular time it has been over a month they have not sent me my medication. INEXCUSABLE!!! ud83dude21ud83eudd2c Thank God it's not a medicine that I need pronto to save my life etc... They care Nothjng about the client. Not sure why they are in business. They can't do their job apparently. Court action coming soon. Hopefully those of you who have experienced the horribleness at accredo express scripts will join in on the.court case.

Lied about my price and dude date. Then provided to speak to me unprofessionally when I called to get answers. After the call I decided to cancel. Beware! Do not use this company you will get taken for all you own.
