It’s a okay place for your 1st apartment. I gave them a 2 because there ARE WAAAAAY TO MANY ROACHES I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND NO ONE TO MOVE HERE AT ALL !
IF YOU WANT A CLEAN PLACE TO LIVE AND YOUR NOT IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION DONT MOVE HERE!!!! Worse place ive ever lived literally BMHA doesnt care about this complex in my opinion and it shows in the property. There townhouses have roaches they refuse to fix the windows so other bugs wont get in. They will charge you for things that were broken by the previous tenants if you dont catch it during the rushed walk through. The floors are nasty parking is horrible they think caulking is the answer for everything they will paint over cracks and all they are very deceptive to who they rent to and when you call to complaim they will say well its low income housing what did you expect and things like well your version of clean... Excuse me i thought clean was clean and dirty was dirty period!
The worst place I could of move to there is too many roaches n I lived here for a year landlord never respond they just quick too move you in and don't care I feel it all about the money.Floor tiles are horrible they really need too tear this place down and start over.
