Douglas Smith American Family Insurance

Doug is the most useless person walking. The girls do everything but have to run everything through him. I have been waiting 4 years for a life insurance quote. Now it's important cuz I say that I will take my business elsewhere and I get the run around for 2 more days. Just an FYI Doug, you are going to be replaced next week

Great rates and service

This is the greatest agency I've ever called. The employees are very helpful, they know me by name, and they're very trusting. Definitely the most respectful of the bunch.

I haven't really had an issue with this company or this branch. They go to lunch tho, the same time I do, so it can be tricky to pay my bill sometimes. The ladies who work here are always nice and respectful. Doug himself isn't usually very helpful tho.

Beware!!!nThey told me I had to send proof of insurance with another company before they will cancel my insurance with them. Which is against the law. I sent them emails with proof just so I could avoid the hassle. Emails were sent and I was told it was cancelled. This was on Dec. 4th. On Dec. 28th they charged me again. I called and sent another email. No word from them yet and they won't call me back. I would/will never do business with this insurance again. Unprofessional people and do not care about their clients at all.
