I’ve been going to Chad Fogt for almost 10 years and i would not choose a better doctor than he. This practice has the best group of doctors that are willing to go above and beyond for your family. They take time to discuss your needs when your in the office instead of just throwing a prescription your way. My family and I will be going to them as long as they are in practice. Highly recommend them to everyone.

This group us the best family doctors I have ever met! The staff is very friendly. I feel like Dr Jon Baker treats me & my family as he would treat his own family. My husband, my 3 sons & their wives & children, along with my elderly parents love Dr Baker and the other physicians in this group. Yes, Dr Baker treats all ages! Keep up the good work Dr Baker....we love you!
