Fantastic customer service! My husband and I sold our toy hauler and searched/called many RV places trying to find an XLR. Most did not have any, didn't want to take the time to answer our questions or took days to respond. My husband found this one late Friday afternoon, we contacted Adam regarding the camper. He called us back with a great price within 15 mins. We ended up getting the financing together Saturday, driving 6 hours to sign, and pick up the camper that Sunday. Adam and Scott treated us like family, no BS. We highly recommend purchasing an RV from Owensboro RV!

Our recent service need was for a malfunctioning refrigerator. Ginger and her team were very responsive and arranged a time for an appointment after triaging the issue over the phone. The evaluation was completed on time, requiring a part. Everything was explained so well and communication about next steps was clear. I am so glad we purchased locally to gain access to this great team!

It started with calls and text after hours and from the moment we walked in it has been a first class experience! From the young lady that greats you with a big smile through everyone we dealt with it was a great experience. All our questions were answered and no pressure was put on us and the whole process was top notch. Barb did a wonderful job helping us pick our unit out, Scott was a pleasure to work with and Brittany was great getting the hitch and the walk through scheduled for us to pick our camper up.nAll I can say is it was one of the best buying experiences I’ve ever had, thanks to all involved we appreciate your ability to make spending money with you all a great experience!nnKeith and Tina

We are brand new to this experience, and our first visit to a dealership in Indiana was not a positive one. My husband convinced me to give Owensboro RV a try. Holy cow! Our salesman, Shea, was fantastic. We were there on a Saturday, and it was SO busy, but he was attentive and engaged. Everyone we worked with from Brittany at the counter to Scott in finance actually listened and answered all of our questions. It only will we be loyal customers, we will be walking advertisers for the customer service and overall experience! Thank you!
