Everyone was amazing! Very knowledgeable of Nissan vehicles. I was treated with respect, greeted at the door upon entering, and walked out when leaving. When I let them know the vehicle I wanted was not on the lot, they went out of their way to get it for me. They made sure it was perfect before I left the lot. I would definitely recommend Don Moore for vehicle purchases, and will continue to use Don Moore as mine.
The man who helped me, Joey, was extremely helpful!! He made the experience completely about me and my needs. He even called a few days after I bought my new car to see if I had any questions.
Needed body work done after hitting a deer. They were quick to get us in and the work was completed in less time then we expected. The work was excellent and car was returned to me cleaner then when it went in.
I had my oil changed. The staff is so friendly and helpful! I look forward to seeing the lady behind the counter, in the service department. Such a sweet lady!
The staff members are extremely friendly, polite, and helpful, and seem very knowledgeable about the services they provide. My wait times have always been very reasonable and their waiting facilities are clean and hospitable.
