Justin was great he took his time and was really concerned I was so pleased with him he really and truly was concerned about the activity and me as well the technicians were great also, the office staff were also my total experience was truly great I would tell anyone if you looking for good equipment and company to look too, I would recommend Schwartz to anyone weather home or business you want be disappointed. I had a truly good and pleasant experience. This is a true review.
I don’t want to gush and come off sounding phony but it truly was exceptional service. Justin could not have been nicer and we where very pleased with the outcome. We will use them from now on.
Was quick to respond when we needed it the most. They quoted us a fair price and the guys were amazing. Eric was clear and direct with what was needing to be done to solve our issue. We knew his was being honest and wasn’t trying to sell us on something we didn’t need. They were considerate of our home, took shoes off at the door, cleaned up after themselves and was quick about it. Highly recommend. Don’t settle for some wanna be, use these guys if you want it done right.
These folks are A+. Prompt service, and friendly staff from top to bottom. When their tech comes to the home I get a call then a text message with a picture of the tech. I then show it to my stay at home wife. Peace of mind knowing who is coming is a major plus.
These guys are great! I called at 8:30am on Christmas Eve and they had us up and running before breakfast was over. And the bill was less than $100. Owensboro does not have the fabulous Montgomery Webb in town anymore, but I’m glad I have discovered Schwartz Heating and Cooling ud83dude0aud83dudc4dud83cudffc
