Just wanted to thank you all for the hard work and dedication that you had to use to get me into my 2020 Journey!! I love everything about this new car. Service department charged twice the price of Bowen tire for a wheel speed sensor replacement. They said the price difference was due to labor charges. Don’t know how this repair is worth 160 bucks in labor it’s literally removing the tire, caliper, rotor and replacing the sensor. A competent tech could do this in 25 minutes or less. Then They said it would be ready by the morning of 9/12/20 but are now saying due to a ups mess up it won’t be ready till Monday sometime. They didn’t offer an apology or a discount due to the inconvenience especially since I told them it needed to be done By 9/12/20 for a trip we had planned. Simply put if your business makes a promise you need to stand by that promise. I get the feeling they have no intention of making this right. Absolutely terrible service department. On a side note I also will not be buying another Chrysler product. Seems outrageous that a sensor is going out after less than two years on the road. Where’s the quality at anymore?!
This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! We love our 2021 Jeep Wrangler!!! Joel was our salesman and helped us get the best deal possible. Jerry Ray Davis himself sat down with us and thanked us for our business. He worked with the bank and got us a lower interest rate and lowered our payment by $80 and saved us $4,000! Thanks again!!
I recently was looking into getting a good used car with low miles and in good condition. Jerry Ray Davis had a wide selection of used cars as well as new cars. All the used cars were in outstanding condition and ready to drive off the lot. All of the sales employees were wonderful and super helpful. All around a great experience!
