We had an excellent experience this morning. Nikki was very personable and efficient. No waiting. My husband and I both renewed our licenses and were in and out in about 20 minutes.nHighly recommend this office.
Good safety practices in place everyone had masks. Still took a when to get in but nice staff .
These workers have their job down nicely. Some might see it them as rude but I see them as efficient and they know they have to get people in and out quickly. With the COVID I figured I would be waiting awhile but oh no, they have a worker at the front table that greets you and make sure you have what you need for what you are asking to do, gives you a number and there you go, wait for your number. Waited 10 minutes and there were 12 other people waiting. Quick an easy for my visit today. Thank you BMV workers.
I was warned that this BMV had an extremely rude set of staff. They were most definitely rude.. From the moment I walked up, she had an attitude. Would not recommend this BMV. Especially if you’re seeing Courtney, who I dealt with at the BMV (who I’ve seen other comments in these reviews about).
Zero stars! They women in there act so condescending towards customers. I made the mistake of going in today when I know better. Off to another county to spend my money and it was worth the drive!
