Absolutely horrible service, no help whatsoever. Ron was incredibly when I called to ask a general question. If you can use another office, do that.

Just want to say that with all the criticism about government, the folks in the Athens Office have been terrific every time. Efficient, accurate, helpful and polite... one agency that seems to be working, at least in Athens Ohio

Went there to help my deaf brother get a ss card first thing the lady that worked there did was send me to the DMV get a state ID then come back if he could of got a state id why bother getting a ss card then printed me off 2 pages for the DMV of exceptable documents i though wow

Do NOT go to this place if you have kids and they are with you! I have came here two times, and BOTH times the guy standing by the door is VERY rude about kids.
