My car died last week while I was out doing errands. My usual auto repair/towing shop was closed due to the CoVid pandemic. I called Chuck Winderl Insurance and spoke to Vickie, who arranged for a tow truck to transport my dead car to the [closed] shop and me to my home. Afterward, I emailed the towing receipt to her and the reimbursment was sent out the same day. It so happened that the following day, an auto shop employee was passing by the shop, saw my car in the lot, and was able to replace the battery.nnYou can't ask for better service than that.
