Great service and great vehicles. So nice .
Very good service! They did not pressure me for an upsale or additional services. Tony was extremely polite. The lounge was hospitable with coffee, water, and popcorn. My wait was less than an hour for my oil change and tire rotation. It was great and I'll be returning.
Sales Lady was great to deal with . I feel as though I got a fair deal so I'm happy with the money part. Then I found that the shop guys drilled 2 holes in my new cars front bumper to mount the front license plate because the car did not have the factory license bracket. I cannot believe they drilled holes in my car without asking me for permission. The manager is buying the factory bracket for me but if it doesn't align with the holes they drilled I will be left paying to get the bumper fixed. The point is they did this without my permission. If they do this kind of thing in the service dept I sure won't be taking any of my cars there to get serviced.
Sales team was professional and great at answering all of my questions and concerns. They gave me a great deal on an amazing Cruze! Thanks guys!
