Studio 105 Art & Frame

I have had 2 items framed here and I could not be happier with how they turned out. The staff is super friendly and will go out of their way to make sure you're happy with the work to be done. This is the only place I will take things to have framed.

I started to use Studio 105 for all my framing a long time ago. Then I tried to save money once or twice and use other places. This was a mistake. No other place takes care of me like Studio 105! The quality of work is amazing! Jamie Dewitt and his awesome staff has always made sure my items are perfect! Water damages? No problem! Broken? He can make it new! I now Only use him for any of my stuff. Hats off to a great business!

I took a painting that had been in the person's family for over 100 years to them to see if the original frame could be repaired. The painting had been knocked off the wall and the glass shattered.nnThe business is easy to find and there are beautiful works of art at moderate prices available. The store was brightly lit and they have the largest supplies of frames and customizations I have ever seen.nnWhen I showed them the damage that had been done to the frame and the original mat, they inspected the painting and pieces with very gentle hands. They told me the frame could be repaired but the mat needed to be replaced. They did not only say it needed to be replaced, they explained WHY.nnI was showed the spots on the painting that were due to the mat that had been used. The original mat was a acid based material. Studio 105 carries museum quality materials that are acid free and the paintings will not continue to be damaged over the years.nnMuseum quality products at very reasonable prices. The owners were very nice and I enjoyed the education about why certain materials should be used and the reasons others are not recommended. The owners have been in the business of preserving art, your family photos or your profolio for over 35 years. They want your artwork to last through the test of time and they want their work to show they take pride in your projects so that you have the cofidence to display your work.nnI highly recommend visiting the store. If you have a project in mind, need a frame or need one mended or want a new portrait for your decor, this is the place to go. Not only will you be happy but you will leave with a better understanding of preserving your treasures.
