I will never go through this travel agency ever again nor would I refer anyone to conduct business with this agency. Travel arrangements were planned and paid in full/payment plans through this agency since February 2016. Our group had travel arrangements to go to Riviera Maya August 10-16th. July 15th our trip was canceled with no explanation. Emails, calls and voicemails and FB messages were ignored! Poor customer service and a poor way to conduct business!! Literally the on the morning, the day before we were set to travel, the owner emailed and messaged everyone saying she'd refund money and our trip was basically canceled. Said our money will be refunded back to us by the 24th of this month which is absurd when it should have been refunded the week before our trip was canceled or either today especially if it's through a money order.
