Elena and the entire staff were incredible. I've had PT for several injuries and Elena is hands down the best physical therapist I have ever had. She has an excellent balance that helps you mend while also gently pushing you to challenge and grow stronger. PT requires patience, and Elena has a deep bench of patience. I followed her instructions to the letter, made the appointments for the frequency she prescribed and she helped me heal. I recommend Elena and this PT office to everyone I know. Also, the front desk staff are friendly. Paul and Michelle were extremely helpful.nI would give them 10 stars if I could!

In July, I got into a boating accident which led to serious injuries to my right leg and foot- severed tendons and a cut calf muscle. After looking up various Physical Therapy offices in Mt. Pleasant, I decided to go with Professional Physical Therapy and booked appointments with Elena 3 days a week. It was the best decision I made in my recovery process. Elena is so unbelievably talented at her job - knowledgable, kind, attentive, and compassionate every step of the way during my recovery. She is a pleasure to see on a daily basis with a great and friendly personality. When I went back to my surgeon months later, he was shocked at the progress and mobility in my leg. 4 months later I am back to my daily routine and partaking in the activities I love.nnThe entire staff at Professional Physical Therapy was top notch - Paul, Annie, Todd, Michelle and Elena. Paul always made sure my appointments were booked properly and handed me a paper receipt after every session.nnI would recommend this Physical Therapy office to anyone - especially booking with Elena! 10/10!

I am really lucky to be Elena Malik's patient.nLast year I suffered from back pain because of lumbar radiculopathy. The pain was intolerable. Now I can walk without pain thanks to her professional skill, kindness, the energy of her hands and her smile.

In 2014, I broke my foot playing baseball and was relegated to the sidelines (managing but not playing) during my team’s magical championship run. 6 years later, I saw we had the same magic early on and decided to proactively prevent a similar situation. I had been battling chronic back issues for years and they seemed to creep back every baseball season. I started physical therapy with Elena at Professional Physical Therapy before the start of the delayed 2020 New York Adult Baseball Season with one goal in mind. To be healthy to be able to be on the field and contribute to another championship. Thanks to Elena’s guidance and amazing knowledge of the human body, we were able to identify the problem, isolate the seldom used core muscles that I wasn’t using and I was on the field for our championship! Thanks to Elena and the team, Professional PT lives up to its name.

Todd, Jen, Serena, and Sarah are all very attentive, kind, personable, ego-free, and know their craft. The space is large, clean, has ample parking, and offers flexible hours, six days a week. Front desk staff, Paul and Michelle, are great as well.nI’ve used a couple less desirable PT spots in the past, and had a lot of options when looking to rehab my surgically-repaired elbow this time ‘round, and so far over my first two weeks here, I know I’ve made the right choice.
