The new dollar store in marion. Neat clean seems well stocked. But seriously lacking in customer service. Made a purchase sign at self checkout said for sale items see cashier. Waited and waited and no cashier. So opted for self checkout. Only been to the new onw a few times. Kim Swinfords DollarGeneral has it all plus the customer service. Which is why i usually go there.

The new store is bigger and nicer than the old one, but it's still a DG. They cram so much stuff in there that customers and employees have trouble getting thru the aisles. But hey now we have two so I cannot complain too much.

Prices are very good. Service is good. Easily to get in and out.

Horrible experience once they gave me the wrong change then they wanted to charge me for ribbon to place on a ballon that i was already paying 4.00 dollars for then 2.00 additional for blowing it up!!!! SMH!! THEN THEY WERE RUED ABOUT IT!!
