We are in the beginning stages of putting a modular on our property. I had wanted to have a consultation with Cayuga Country Homes and emailed them through their website. After not receiving a response to my email I called the twice (waited a week in between calls). Both times I left a message informing them that we would like to have a consultation and requesting them to contact us. We have yet to hear from them. I wonder what kind of service I would get from them if they can't return a call/email. We will be contacting another modular builder.
No one answered or called back. Called 5 time and left messages. There are several other builders in the area that are responsive
I was interested in getting a home from them, I called and emailed. No one bothered to call or email me back. Not worth the time. As an edit, since I can not reply to them, I have right company.
As a former Realtor, I've viewed hundreds of homes and worked with many developers and builders. I know Brooke Greenhouse, co-owner of Cayuga Country Homes, to be who genuinely cares about his customers. He builds homes right! When you use Brooke to build your home you can be sure that he will communicate with you every step of the way and provide you with quality service and a quality home. I highly recommend Cayuga Country Homes for anyone that cares about quality and a home done right.
