I cannot say enough good things about Mayfair. I worked directly with Jon to have a custom engagement ring made with very specific diamond preferences and he made it happen in a VERY short time frame and for a VERY good price. He was also as professional as can be and easy to work with. I will certainly be back. Oh and the ring is GORGEOUS!

Went to browse rings at 5:30pm (they close at 6) being mindful of this and kept an eye on the time, the saleswoman behind the counter repeatedly checking her watch in front of me in an obvious way, the most unhelpful saleswoman, I wanted to see if they had something in stock that wasn't in front, had to ask her three times before she would actually go and check in the back. It was like pulling teeth to get her to recommend or talk to me about what I liked/disliked and how they could accommodate. I left after a painful 15 minutes of feeling like a bother. Other jewelers are much more helpful and accommodating than this place.

My fiance and I came into Mayfair Jeweler the week before our wedding because the band for my engagement ring (from another store, we live out of state) warped when I was removing it. The other store had mostly straightened it out, but Mayfair fixed it completely for us and even cleaned it so it shined beautifully. The people in the store were wonderful!!! It was very generous of them to fix and clean my ring when I didn't even get it from them! Thank you, Mayfair!
