So happy I found Upstate Plumbing, Heating & Excavation. Jamie is absolutely wonderful. I needed a new sump pump installed and wanted a battery back-up system installed as well. Jamie responded the same day. He was able to give me a ballpark estimate after sending a few pictures. He came out to look at my system. Actual cost was within a few dollars of the estimate. He had everything installed within a few days of first contact with him. He tested and made sure the system and the alarm were functional. I am so very happy that I no longer have to worry about my basement flooding if I lose power. He did a great job!!!

They came to check out my problem and walked out because my dogs were barking. My situation was an emergency and they just walked out. I would now recommend them
