Upstate Concert Hall is an awesome venue to see live music. It’s a personable, intimate experience every time. There’s not a bad spot in the house. I’ve been to several concerts here and it’s always a laid back time, easy to get into and out of, unlike many other concert halls. I definitely prefer seeing shows here to most other places and the musicians they bring in are top notched.

I bought tickets for a show that was scheduled for may and due to COVID it didn't happen. Now no one will return my call for a refund. Not satisfied at all

I'm on the short side and it was very hard to see over people. The place needs better ventilation. However, I got to see one of my favorite artists, so if Dermot Kennedy ever played there again I would attend.

It was a hole in the wall bar, located in a strip mall. They had a rude barmaid at one bar, and the other was next to impossible to get too through the crowd. (whom clearly did not want to go to the rude one.) She acted as though serving non- alcoholic beverages was beneath her station in life. And over zealous bouncers that though did it gently...bounce out older people for doing the same things as the much younger crowd of regulars. BUT THE MUSIC/BAND WE WENT TO SEE WERE GREAT.

The bar could use some stools but everything else is good. Fast friendly service. Great prices!
