My son grabbed my favorite necklace right off my neck and broke it. I called Hoff and they were able to fix it in the same day! They were super friendly and knowledgeable. If you need anything fixed, this place is great!

There is never pressure, actually the opposite, they encourage taking time to think about the item. I have been extremely happy with all my purchases and jewelry repairs.
