Went in on a Monday to ask for our rings to be polished. Said they would have it done on Friday and got the rings to us a whole day early. The employees were helpful, friendly, and professional. The rings themselves look amazing. We are blown away by how beautiful they look. The employee who helped us when picking up the rings even put it in a box that held both at the same time so we could take pictures of them both on our wedding day. We are very happy with Hannoush and will definitely be returning in the future.

My girlfriend found a diamond on the ground! Such luck(she's always finding things like this while walking, she's got a keen eye that one). She had also found a ring a few weeks back and so I called around to the closest jewelry stores but none had the time nor motive to look at it. Well finally got to hannoush(they're a bit of a drive hence why they were further down the list) and they said to just come right down. Upon walking in i was struck by the elegance of the store, I've been to jewelers before but this place was just so beautiful I almost started feeling a bit out of place, but we were immediately greeted by a friendly lady who sat us down and got right to work examining the loose diamond and ring. Turned out the loose gem was zircon and they weren't interested but the ring was real gold with small diamonds and they cleaned it for us and made a very fair offer if we wanted to sell. My girlfriend decided to keep it and that was the end of our encounter, at no point did she make us feel like we were wasting her time, or pressured us to buy anything.
