HVIM turned a process I was avoiding into an experience I looked forward to! The office is sparkling clean and open and Janet who greeted me at the desk was warm and welcoming. The Covid precautions in place made you feel safe.nDr. Lehman put me at ease with his relaxed manner and obvious knowledge of my frozen shoulder symptoms. I was directed to the physical therapist, Fernando who is fantastic!nHe demonstrates skills that you trust immediately and provides endless variety in the exercises you do there as well as those to do at home. Best of all he is a delightful person to be with, smart, interesting to talk to and funny. He made my 3 months a joy and now my frozen shoulder has improved substantially. Can’t recommend this group highly enough.

Mark was amazing. Made me feel comfortable. Been stress and anxiety free since my acupuncture treatment, can’t wait to go back. The entire staff is welcoming.

Best. Therapy. Center. Ever. I sustained a significant back and neck injury several years ago that also induce migraines, due to a severe car accident. My orthopedic doctor has sent me to numerous physical therapy centers and they were nothing more than one therapist taking on too many patients, with all of us falling through the cracks. I started to find physical therapy completely useless and I hated going.nOver the years my chronic pain has escalated due to the worsening of my injuries and I was blessed to find Hudson Valley Integrated Medicine when my podiatrist appointment was scheduled in this office. I figured I would give them a try since I couldn't possibly do worse than where I'd gone before. To my very pleasant surprise this facility truly cares about your health and well-being, and giving you the best possible care that they can provide. This was the first facility that actually gave me a consultation with a doctor to gauge where I'm at.nSo before I even began any kind of therapy I was evaluated by an actual doctor and that impressed me. Dr. Lehman was incredibly thorough, easy to work with, and very kind. Dr. Lehman immediately scheduled physical therapy sessions for me and even sought to get approval from workers comp for me to get acupuncture. And I was actually approved for acupuncture!nFernando, my physical therapist, has truly been a godsend with giving me practical exercises to do at home that are simple and effective. He truly cares about making sure that you're doing well. He always listens attentively to what I tell him and he teaches me how to properly exercise to help counteract my injuries. This is one of the few facilities where I've been able to have a one-on-one session with a therapist and have someone monitoring what I'm doing to make sure that I'm performing the exercises properly and safely. What a game changer. PT can actually be fun!nAnd Mark, my acupuncturist, has been the greatest! Mentally I'm not a fan of having needles stuck in my body haha But Mark is very easy going, extemely knowledgeable, and helps to keep you relaxed and calm. Not once was I in pain and I look forward to acu. And with my first treatment Mark was even able to alleviate the severe chronic pain I had been experiencing for over a year in my left side neck and back. I was amazed! And GRATEFUL. The combination of physical therapy and acupuncture has been so beneficial for me and I'm grateful for Dr. Lehman, Fernando, and Mark all coming together to help improve my quality of life.nAnd Erika and the girls at the desk are so wonderful, uplifting, always joyful, super competent, and make you feel right at home. I truly feel cared about when I come here for therapy and I know that I am in the best hands possible. This will be my therapy center for life.nPlease do not delay coming here if you're in any kind of pain because after dealing with my severe injuries for well over a decade now and unfortunately having negative experiences with many other facilities, this is an excellent place to be treated.

I had a great experience coming here especially during covid. Everything was very clean, and only one person doing pt at a time. Fernando my physical therapist was wonderful. He challenged me to keep going and wanting to do more. I also liked how he kept things interesting by doing different exercises weekly so I was never getting bored. Overall this was a great experience and i was lucky to find this place.

I highly recommend Fernando! I hurt my lower back for the first time ever. He was very knowledgeable and compassionate, and he helped me to build my core and bend and lift properly. Fernando also gave me practical exercises and techniques to do at home. I am feeling myself again!
