I started with Dr. Loni Hersh after my second child and after attempting to return to exercise (I had already gotten the clearance to exercise from my OB). I had experienced some discomfort and wanted help fixing things before I made anything worse. Dr. Loni Hersh made me feel comfortable, explained everything thoroughly and always checked in to make sure I understood. She gave me a few exercises to work on but I really like how she showed me how to incorporate what she taught me into my daily activities like picking up my baby, doing laundry or getting in and out of bed. As I got stronger, she has helped me progress so that I can return to doing exercise that I love. If you're a mama, whether freshly postpartum or not I highly recommend Peaceful Pelvis PT!

Dr. Hersh is the best Pelvic floor Physical Therapist I've ever seen. She is extremely thorough, kind, and also humble. She insists to be called by her first name Loni. I can tell she cares about me and my particular issues. If you're in the area or even if it's a drive, I highly recommend her.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Hersh for two months now for postpartum PT. The only thing I can say is I wish I would’ve gone sooner. She’s professional, kind and has wonderful bedside manner. She has helped me address all of the issues I came to her for and is helping me reach the goals I’ve set for myself. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their pelvic floor & core strength (pre or postpartum). Side effects may include improved sex life and firmer abs!

Dr. Loni Hersh is very professional and makes you feel comfortable from your first appointment. I went to her after being diagnosed with diastisis recti after delivering my first child. She helped repair my abdomen and I saw a noticeable difference in both my tummy bulge (got tighter) and I was able to strengthen my pelvic floor and abdomen. I’m currently pregnant with my second child and I’ve returned to her practice to help ensure an easier birth and strengthen my pelvic floor so I don’t have any issues with incontinence. I highly recommend Dr. Loni.

Dr. Hisch was fantastic. She took the time to fully consider all aspects of my healing process to be sure all possible paths we're being covered for best treatment and outcomes. I had been through many Pelvic Floor Physical Therapists and am so glad I finally found this one!
