Friendly but strict if you are late they charge you so you better not be late. They care and remember you on your next visits. Awesome service. Really clean and efficient.

This is the best PT office I have been to, and I have been to quite a few. Dr. Alex Rosado is very good at his job, he does what he has to to make you feel better. All the staff are very professional and personable, when you go they make it feel like a second home because all the trainers and PTs know you.

Everyone at Bardonia was great getting me ready for my knee surgery. I had planned to go back post op but with COVID I was stuck in Minnesota and did rehab there, but they called to check on me, and didn’t hassle me at all about my payment when I took a while to get it to them. My surgeon was very impressed with my pre-hab!

My mom went here for PT. This place is a PT mill. Poorly run and the athletic trainers are the ones doing the exercises. Also it’s a different PT each time which is ridiculous. My mom never improved and she’s doing much better that we switched to a different place.nThese people don’t care about your recovery. You are in and out of this place. So many other places in Rockland that are better!

They are the best! Everyone is so knowledgable, have seen major improvement since my knee surgery. They are responsive to any issues that have arisen during my recovery. Office staff is helpful and accommodating.
