I really appreciate this staff, several of them are bilingual and all of them are friendly. Every time I go into the store I feel so comfortable as does my mother who speaks little English. The manager has helped make special accommodations for me since I’m a wheelchair user and it’s not always easy for me to get to the store. This is my favorite Loft in the area!

Went to this store on a Sunday at 6:25pm to pick up clothes I put on hold. The store closes at 7pm on Sunday. The doors were locked and I couldn’t see any associates inside. I called the store while sitting in my car and it rang and rang. No one picked up. All the other stores surrounding were still open. I’m very frustrated that the store closed prematurely and was unable to pick up my items. One of which on clearance and the other last in stock.

This is my absolute favorite loft, everyone’s so friendly and always helpful. I drive here from NJ and pay tax because I prefer it over my LOFTs. It’s significantly tidier than the Garden state Plaza store and Paramus park which I love and it’s less busy which I also prefer. In response to reviewer below, I’ve never seen the employees on their phones and I only find that comment weird because one of the biggest complaints I have is that they have no service. I’m not entirely sure how they could be on their phones, maybe she’s confusing phones with the iPods they have to scan clothes. Either way I have only had great experiences!
