I started going to EC Jewelry because my grandparents had been using them for about 30 years. Peggy and Edna have made custom pieces for me and my grandparents and can make literally anything you can think of. I’ve also purchased jewelry straight out of the showcase and every piece I have from them is high quality and beautiful. Overall, I’d recommend EC jewelry to any of my friends!

I should have gotten to this review MUCH, much sooner. Firstly, I would like to say the owners are generally good and decent people and were recommended to me many years ago, when my husband wanted to buy me a piece of jewelry. We purchased a lovely, detailed diamond stationed necklace. The diamonds are in a floral pattern and lovely. Great quality. The necklace I would like to add was $6000. I realize that with jewels that is not much money, but to us it was a costly item. The darn necklace never laid right due to the weight of diamond stations vs. chain. It was a designer like piece, but never worked and I never wore it once because the diamonds would always flip over/around. When I finally decided to contact owner they claimed they wanted to make me happy, but their solution to “adjust” the necklace was just not ideal or perfect and it would have only helped -but not solve the issue. We had words, and the owner actually even went as far as to dig at me, and question if the size of my neck had gotten larger which was very hurtful. My 25 year old niece who has the body of a modelnborrowed this item from me and had the same issue!nI own a lot of jewelry, and the owner should have sent the item back to it’s designer and allowed me to pick out a new item. The item sits in a box, and owner lost a potentially good customer. Really disappointing!
