We were in contract, and on a time crunch to install an engineered beam in our sunroom. Without it we couldn't proceed with selling our house. We hired Johnny Fix It to do the job. He got on it right away. He's professional, honest, and came through for us without ripping us off. I'm beyond pleased with his work. He also took care of all the paperwork from the start to the end. I highly recommend him! 5 stars!
