I’m giving 3 stars because the actual carpet, when we finally got it, is nice. I’m deducting stars because the service was bad. There were multiple delays getting the carpet which caused me to have to delay furniture deliveries multiple times, you can see EVERY SINGLE seam (we asked him to fix the one really bad seam that was, unfortunately, in the most visible place and his solution was to put in TWO seams, that are still visible) and I’ve had to ask 4-5x for my warranty info on the carpet over the past year and I still haven’t received it.
Allure has put flooring in every room of my home. They are very knowledgable, fair and honest. They make buying new floors very convenient as they came to me multiple times with samples in hand. I highly recommend using this company.
