Very nice staff, unfortunately theatre is outdated. Surround sound seems to be in non-existence. It always seems to cold in every theatre. The positive side of all of that is the theatres are always fairly empty
This theater is convenient, a moderate size, and generally clean. The theater is not as recent as some other regals, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. It would be nice to have the reclining seats like crossgates but that would likely mean you'd have to pick your seat before going in which I do not like.
Very current movies but too many teenagers on staff trying to run the place. Our movie began more than a half hour after the posted start time...they just showing us previews and commercials until after some people got up and went to complain. Management needs to be more engaged in what's going on
Line moved very slowly-was diverted to concession, ticket purchasers had to wait for folks buying snacks. Had to ask for volume to be lowered. Restrooms & establishment was clean and servers helpful and polite.
Seems like an older outdated theater. It could use some serious renovation love. There is a smell. The staff are friendly and it is convenient if you don't want to drive all the way to Guilderland or Colonies from over the river. Would go again.
