Was super excited to have our kitchen updated, after weeks of searching for the perfect top, it was time for installation. When they got to our bar area, they insisted my cabinets were uneven(even tho we had no problems with existing countertops) instead of suggesting have someone come and fix before they secured top, I am left with a gap of 3/8 between top of cabinets and countertop with shims and glue throughout my whole 8 ft bar area with no security of it not cracking as well. After they left had carpenter come in and he basically told me what they done was a very easy fix that they had messed up, but They want 800$ to come back and fix their mess. I just wish he would have suggested I had a carpenter fix it and they could come back. No one wants a countertop that isn’t flush with their cabinets!!! Sadly a very expensive loss on my end.
Good job. Quick to get them installed. 35 sq ft in 8 days from measurements to installed...Very efficient. Cleaned up when finished. Very pleased...
