Drove to Heights Lumber specifically to purchase a sheet of birch plywood and have it custom cut. I was told that the saw was out service. I asked when it would be repaired and the reply was “we have no idea”. I find it odd that a lumber center does not have people on staff who would repair the saw. Perhaps the shop didn’t care to be bothered with my one piece of plywood.nThey do play good music though.

A great shopping experience. I was looking for a new storm door and was pleasantly surprised to find the staff knowledgeable in the product line. and able to answer all my questions. I ordered the (made in USA) door and was promised a 2 week delivery. As promised the kdoor arrived within 2 weeks and the difference in quality over other large retailer was obvious. This was a solid metal door for the same price as my previous partical board door which rotted in 3 years. You will find service and quality here that has become rare.

Amazing as large a lumber yard they are they also had a great variety of different types of wood for the hobby wood working enthusiast. Excellent service.
